Our accessibility statement

Reachcanon's own statement, written to the standard it holds customers to.

Version 2026-10-14

Commitment

Reachcanon is committed to making reachcanon.com usable by as many people as possible. A product that sells accessibility evidence and publishes no statement about itself is telling you what it really thinks of the obligation, so this page exists and is kept current.

How accessible this site is

Automated testing of the public pages (home, the Spanish home, coverage, legal) and the sign-in, sign-up, password and invitation screens on 11 October 2026, at 390, 834, 1440 and 2000 pixels wide in light and dark themes, found no serious or critical failures against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules the engine is able to decide. Checks the engine could not decide were not counted as passes.

Automated testing reaches approximately one third of accessibility failures. This site has not been audited by an independent assessor, and no part of this statement should be read as a claim of conformance.

Known gaps

The findings table and the evidence export are wide and scroll horizontally inside their own container on a narrow screen; this works with a keyboard and a screen reader but is uncomfortable on a phone. No part of the product has been tested with a screen reader by a person who depends on one, which is the gap we would most like to close.

If you cannot use part of this site

Write to support@reachcanon.com describing what you were trying to do and what got in the way. You will get a reply within five working days, and if the fix is small it will usually ship in the same week.

Preparation of this statement

Prepared on 11 October 2026, assessed against EN 301 549 v3.2.1, WCAG 2.1 AA and the WCAG 2.2 AA rules with axe-core, the same rule engine Reachcanon's scans use. It records what automated testing found; it is not a claim of conformance.
